Re-Leased respects your right to privacy. This Privacy Notice explains who we are, how we collect, share and use personal information about you, and how you can exercise your privacy rights. This Privacy Notice applies to personal information that we collect through our website at https://re-leased.com/ (our "Website") and via your use of our software (our “Software”).

Re-Leased is a provider of property management software. We are headquartered in New Zealand and have additional offices in the United Kingdom and Australia. Re-Leased operates around the world. Our Software allows landlords and property managers to manage their property portfolios.

2. What personal information does Re-Leased collect and why?

As part of our general terms and conditions, we allow our customers to give access to their Re-Leased subscription to their employees, agents, contractors and others (designated users), by giving them a password with suitable user access permissions. When you use our Software, all customers and their respective account users are responsible for the data that they use to help the customer to manage the properties. Typically, the information that you provide when using our Software will be name, contact details (e.g. phone numbers and email addresses), property information, property management fee information, lease information and other documents.Information that we collect automatically

For example, some of the measures we use include storing all information on a secured drives, deploying protected two way authentication passwords, ensuring data is protected by passwords and that all individuals who undertake work for Re-Leased are vetted and bound by confidentiality.
