Rebecca has over 20 years of experience in all aspects of residential, agricultural, and commercial property management. Rebecca has a sound knowledge of property law and acute commercial awareness. She has first-hand knowledge of agricultural matters from her family background.
Aloysia Daros
Aloysia has over 15 years of experience working in tax, focusing mainly on UK landed estates and farms. This includes advising on corporate tax, partnerships, individuals, and trusts. Her particular expertise lies in capital gains tax (CGT) and inheritance tax (IHT) planning for farming and landed estates.
Ed Harden
Ed joined Belport in 2020 after a 6 year career as a communications consultant, advising pan-sector Management Teams, Investment Banking Teams and Private Equity firms on fundraising, management presentations, and Investor events.
Sam Howie
Sam is a Senior Consultant at Re-Leased, originally from New Zealand. As a PropTech specialist in the rural and commercial property sector. Sam has deployed tech suites to some of the largest land agents, Landlords, and REITs across the UK.
James Higgie
James has worked with Figured across NZ, Australia, UK & Ireland over the previous 5 years. Now working with the UK team James is the primary point of contact for the Figured Advisor Channel. The combination of practical farm experience in NZ coupled with the experience of multiple international markets with Figured has allowed James to work with the world's largest & most complex Agri & Commercial businesses.
