In addition, Alex represents various institutional investors. Alex’s passion is advising clients on business issues and working through tax saving opportunities.

Mike Castle is a Partner servicing clients out of our Flemington office. With years of audit, transaction services and management consulting experience, Michael is uniquely suited to help business owners navigate day to day operations challenges, cash flow management, economic consulting and business planning. Mike is a pioneer for technology and encourages the streamlining of tax and bookkeeping processes.

Nicole DeRosa is a Senior Tax Manager and has more than 12 years of public accounting experience, specializing in taxation for closely-held businesses and individuals.  In addition to working with clients in an array of industries, she also teaches various continuing education courses for Surgent CPE and the AICPA.  Because of Nicole’s extensive tax knowledge, she is a valuable resource for “all things tax” and regularly assists clients with federal and state tax controversy matters.

Alex is a technology advisor for Wiss clients and motivated by helping organizations adopt a technology forward approach to the way they conduct business so they can continue to outpace the competition by working smarter, not harder.

Mr. Lyons’s business and corporate transactional focus has included private transactions ranging from commercial real estate purchase, commercial leasing, stock/asset purchase agreements and service agreements.

Led by a passion for finding cloud-based solutions to age-old problems, Grace educates the property industry about the evolution of technology within the sector. Grace leads Re-Leased's Partner network in North America, working with professional services firms to better their real estate clients.
