Michael Cook
Michael has extensive experience leasing major CBD assets throughout his 37-year commercial property career. In addition to significant development management and project leasing experience in awarded assets such as Deutsche Bank Place, 126 Phillip Street, Sydney, 400 George Street, Sydney, and the recently completed Sixty Martin Place, Sydney, Michael is also responsible for the leasing of 39 Martin Place and Parkline Place, two of Sydney's newest office towers (under construction).
Ben Foster
As an established real estate professional, Ben’s prior experience running a large industrial commercial rent roll ensures you have full access to his experience and expertise. Ben is a specialist in the industrial commercial property space, a member of the REIV’s Commercial & Industrial Chapter, and has previously spoken at industry conferences.
Rick Hemphill
Rick has been with SW for over 11 years and is the firm lead on software adoption, implementation and cloud advisory for SME's and corporate through to property funds, developers and high net wealth private client groups. Rick combines his passion for creating efficiencies and true value for clients by tailoring cloud-based solutions via advanced management reporting systems, dash boarding, forecast and budgeting.
