Re-Leased’s CREDIA Index provides analysis based on live rental collection data from over 10,000 commercial properties and 35,000 leases in the UK.

On the September quarter rent day (29th September), 19% of commercial rents were collected by landlords. This overall figure places rent collection just 1% up on last quarter day, despite the easing of all coronavirus restrictions.

Data validation

This data has been collected, anonymised and aggregated directly from over 21,000 properties and 40,000 tenancies in Australia. It does not rely on surveys or secondary collections. Re-Leased Software Company Ltd are confident in the validity of this data as its formation is a direct result of bank statements entries being matched and reconciled to rental invoices.
